Last updated 26 September 2026. These terms apply to this website and to products and services sold by Meltemi Labs and its projects. A project’s own page may add terms specific to what it sells.

Meltemi Labs is an independent studio based in Ontario, Canada. Contact: meltemilabs@gmail.com.
Using this website
You may read and link to this website freely. Don’t attempt to disrupt it or access parts of it that aren’t public.
Software licences
Software licences are for internal use by the number of people stated at purchase, within one organization. You may not resell or publicly redistribute the software. The licence covers the version you bought; future versions are included only when stated.
Client work
Scope, deliverables, price and timing are agreed in writing before work starts. One round of corrections is included unless agreed otherwise. We don’t require access to your accounts unless the agreed scope needs it.
Refunds
- Software: if it doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it within seven days of your report, you get a full refund.
- Client work: if we don’t deliver the agreed scope, you get a full refund. If you’re unhappy after the included correction, tell us and we’ll work it out fairly.
- To ask for a refund, email us from the address you used to order. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe and invoices by PayPal. We never see or store your full card details.
Liability
Products and services are provided as described, without other warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
