Last updated 26 September 2026. This policy covers this website, the products and services Meltemi Labs sells, and the software applications the studio operates, including applications that connect to third-party platforms.
What we collect
- When you contact us or buy something: your name, email address, the materials you send us and order details. Payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal; we receive confirmation of payment, not your full card details.
- When you visit this website: no cookies and no analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and time of request, for security.
- Through our applications that connect to platforms such as Meta (Instagram, Threads), Google (YouTube), TikTok and X: these applications are used only by the studio to manage and publish content for accounts the studio operates. With the account holder’s authorization, they access the minimum data needed to do that: account identifiers, profile information, access tokens, the content being published, and basic performance metrics for that content.
How we use it
Only to deliver what you asked for, answer you, publish and schedule content for the authorized accounts, and keep our systems secure. We don’t sell personal information, we don’t use it for advertising, and we don’t share it except with the service providers that run our infrastructure (hosting, payments, email) or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order and contact records are kept as long as needed for the purchase, support and legal or tax obligations. Platform access tokens and data are kept only while the connection is active and are deleted when an account is disconnected.
Deleting your data
To have your data deleted, or to disconnect an account from our applications, email meltemilabs@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion”. We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days. You can also remove our application’s access at any time from the settings of the platform concerned.
Your rights
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. We follow Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
